Registration And Admission Procedure

Admission is open to all, irrespective to class, creed, religion and community. Minimum age for admission in Play Group is 2.5 years old (as of 31st March in the year of admission). Minimum age for admission to other classes has been specified; details are available in the school office.

A child's name will not be registered for admission unless the documents listed below are provided:-

1. Four (4) passport size photos of student for - Admission form, fee card and diary.
2. Xerox copy of Aadhar card and date of birth certificate of student.
3. Two passport size photos of father & mother.
4. Xerox copy of Aadhar card of father & mother.
5. Transfer certificate of last school attended (original)

Note: All documents should be self attested by guardian.

Admission Forms are available from school office. After completing all required documentation prospective families are requested to submit application forms together with supporting documents, reference letters & appropriate fee in the school office.

Attendance

75% attendance is required for promotion to the next higher class.

It is compulsory for a student to attend school on the last and the first working day of long vacation.

Fee and Mode of Payment

School fees are charged for the whole 12 months duration of academic session from April to March each session. They are to be paid in the school office at least one month in advance between the 1st and 10th of the month After the 10th day of the month a late fee of Rs. 20/- will be charged in that month. If the fee is paid next month late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged. If consecutively three months fee is not paid, admission is cancelled. Brother or sister will receive discount for monthly tuition fee each month as follows.

• One Child - Not applicable.
• Two Child - 10% Discount on Second child only.
• Three Child - 40% Discount on third child only.
• Four Child - 100% Free for fourth child only.

Note :- The above discount is for real siblings only that is from same parents.

Holiday & Timings

We observe government recognized holidays and any others that the school management deems proper to observe. A list of each year's holidays can be obtained from school office.

School is open on first and second saturday of every month. Rest all saturdays are closed. School closes for summer as well as winter holidays.

Parents are requested to register their mobile phone numbers with the school to receive messages from the school regarding important holidays, school events, fee receipts & other information.
